Operator

SigFix is operated by Spendly (trading as Syntax Labs). Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Spendly (Syntax Labs) as the legal operator and provider of the SigFix service.

The Service

SigFix is a web utility operated by Spendly (Syntax Labs) for creating and fixing HTML email signatures compatible with Microsoft Outlook. The free tier may include usage limits.

Lifetime License

Purchasing a "Lifetime" license grants you unlimited access to the premium features of SigFix for as long as the product exists. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Order Process and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the tool or use it for any illegal activities. We are not responsible for how you use the generated signatures or their compatibility with every email client.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of SigFix.
